Where is the doctor going to take the skin flap for my reconstructive surgery?A skin flap is sometimes necessary to perform in order to close the wound with the least distortion of surrounding skin and for the best cosmetic result. The Mohs surgeon will make incisions into surrounding skin and shift adjacent skin into the wound. |
